Good location, spacious rooms with private bathrooms. Music downstairs at night, but not too loud on higher floors. No elevator available. Overall great value for the location, would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibiz City! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff was super nice and always ready to help. Our room, 503, was really comfortable with a quiet atmosphere. We loved the cool bar at the entrance and the amazing buffet breakfast each morning. it was the best hotel we stayed in during our time in Vietnam.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the clean and spacious room with plenty of surfaces to unpack and work on. The warm/hot shower was a great way to relax after a long day. The helpful reception staff made it easy for us to book tours, and the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring and experiencing the vibrant nightlife. We also appreciated the provided towels and the option to store our excess luggage while we went on a tour. a great stay!

My stay during the new year was extremely disappointing. The noise level was unbearable, with drunken guests constantly banging on the doors.

The room was kept clean and tidy every day, and the hotel also stored our excess luggage while we went on a Halong Bay tour. a great budget-friendly option for exploring the city.
